How to Start

  • Click on 'Fetch Bones', and you will see a list of the different ways to earn, including 'Re-fur a Friend'.
  • On completion of each task, your treat jar of bones will grow
  • 'Retrieve' your points and receive a discount code to use across our fantastic range of products
Retrieving your BONE-US Rewards couldn’t be easier. Once you have logged into your account, click on the Rewards tab to view your BONE-US Balance, redeem bones and view all the ways you can earn extra bones to top up that treat jar. Once you have a basket full of paw-fect goodies, you can redeem your bones by following these simple steps:
  • Use the slider to select the value of Bones you’d like to retrieve
  • Click on retrieve to obtain your discount code
  • Copy the code and enter it at check out
Ensure that you have the full value you want to redeem in the slider as you’re unable to use multiple BONE-US Reward codes on one order. BONE-US Rewards can only be redeemed in whole pounds.
