We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the very best in canine nutrition, well-being and lifestyle products, however, we understand that from time to time you may not be 100% happy with your purchase and you may need to return your item for an exchange or refund.

Replacement Items

If items in your order are damaged or the incorrect item has been sent to you, please email us on woof@minirccrawler.com🔯 with details of the damage or incorrect item along with photographs and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.


We will refund items within 30 days of receipt providing the following conditions are met:
  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) advising of the reason for your return/exchange, include your order number and a photograph of the goods to be returned. Simply email woof@minirccrawler.com
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us
  • Please note that we only process your refund once your returned items have been received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will only be reimbursed to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be fully processed once returned items have been received
  • 100% refund will be provided if you have received damaged or faulty items providing that you supply a photograph of the items
  • 100% refund will be provided for undamaged and fully saleable items
  • 100% refund will be provided if you have changed your mind however, please refer to the returns information below for further guidance as to the cost of shipping returned goods

When Am I Unable To Request A Full Refund?

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If your item has been used by your dog(s) we are unable to provide a refund. Please note certain brands and toys are described as durable or as designed for heavy chewers, however we cannot guarantee that any toy is indestructible. Where a toy has been clearly used by your dog, we are unable to provide a refund.

If the outer packaging is damaged, a partial refund may be issued. Please provide clear photographs and your order number to woof@minirccrawler.com

If you have knowingly purchased any items that have been specifically heavily discounted and described seconds or bought as seen i.e. goods that are in working order but may have damaged outer packaging, we are unable to provide a refund. Refunds will not be provided for opened food, treats, supplements, and certain well-being products such as paw & nose balms and sprays.


Returns will not be accepted when items are returned to our warehouse without prior contact with our Customer Service Team. Simply contact woof@minirccrawler.com to discuss refunds and returns.
